Capacity Development of Daily Living and Life Skills

CueCare believes in creating an environment that allows an individual to have quality social skills development. This guarantees full participation in community and social activities.

CueCare also offers training for individuals in groups of two or more to increase their independence in daily personal activities

Assist Personal Activities

CueCare seeks to develop the skills of each individual to live as autonomously as possible in their personal tasks of daily life.

Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)

At Cuecare, Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is designed to give people housing options that best suits their circumstances, allowing them to choose the type of home, the location and who they want to live with. The goal is to ensure that people with high-care needs no longer need to live in inappropriate settings and that those who rely on the family home have the option to live independently.

Therapeutic Support/Allied Services

CueCare family recognises that there are many skilled personnel required to ensure wholesome satisfaction. We have extensive, quality recommendations/services.

Low, Medium & High Intensity Personal Care Supports

CueCare provides Low, Medium and High Intensity Daily Personal Care Activities such as:

  • Toileting
  • showering
  • dressing
  • feeding

Plus medication and maintaining your personal appearance across multiple cultures to ensure comfortable and confident participation in community.

Plan management

Cuecare experienced plan managers compassionately assist and support NDIS participants to manage their NDIS plan funding.

Language Interpretation

CuecCare facilitates oral or sign-language communication, either simultaneously or consecutively, between users of different languages.

ATSI Support

CueCare recognises and acknowledges and pays respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

If you identify as ATSI and have concerns about obtaining culturally appropriate supports, CueCare has a dedicated service line to help you meet this need.

Specialised Support Coordination

At Cuecare, our dedicated Support coordinators will help you to understand and use you NDIS plan to pursue your goals, Connect you with NDIS providers, community, mainstream and other government services, Build your confidence and skills to use and coordinate your supports.

Additionally, they will evaluate how well your current supports are working for you, track how you are going with using your plan and pursuing your goals, think about if your supports still meet your needs and if you want to try different things and change what supports you need or how they are delivered.
